誰もが毎日、食べ物と言う生命を頂いています。
季節の中で育まれる大切な食べ物。
沢山の自然を感じながら、自然の恵みに感謝しながら生産をしたい。
手間は掛かるけれど、次の世代へ繋げて行きたい豊かな自然。
今、生かされている自分を感じ、自然な生態系を活かす工夫。
茶造りに恵まれたこの地で、季節を味わいながら人も育む有機茶生産。
お茶の木は人のために生命力溢れる新芽を育んではいない。
お茶の木の大切な新芽を頂くのだから丈夫に育つお手伝い。
若木を植え、富士のお山に見守られながら明日を夢見る有機茶農場。
基本は微生物が豊富な生きた土作りと自然な生態系の中で見守る事。
新芽の生命力が美味しさと成るのだから。
味わう人が美味しいと感じ、味わうと健康維持に役立ち、笑顔になれる「茶造り」。

Everyday we eat food that is from living entities.
Each variety of precious food has its own season to be harvested.
Our production comes from thanksgiving to the abundant nature around us.
We spend much time and effort. Yet we pass on this great gift of nature to the next generation.
